Question:

Can I still loose weight?

Hi. I'm a very busy person and when i can i try to eat 5 small meals a day to increase my metabolism which in turn will help me loose weight- which it has done-. However, sometimes i am not able to stick to the five times a day meal, I'm either too busy or something. Do you know if i would still be able to loose the weight if i just say ate twice or three times a day and obviously making sure that i am eating sensibly, like no rubbish and exercising the way i should be.

  1. Not "professional" help, but yes I think that will still help, especially if you are not eating a bunch of junk food. Just keep it high in protein to replace the fat from muscle  


  2. i think it should work out just fine even if you don't eat 5 meals every day, just stay away from junk food and sweets, exercise and it'll be great. don't give up! wish u luck! xoxo
