Hi. I'm a very busy person and when i can i try to eat 5 small meals a day to increase my metabolism which in turn will help me loose weight- which it has done-. However, sometimes i am not able to stick to the five times a day meal, I'm either too busy or something. Do you know if i would still be able to loose the weight if i just say ate twice or three times a day and obviously making sure that i am eating sensibly, like no rubbish and exercising the way i should be.
