Can I still take Immodium or Pepto Bismo on days I don't need to?

Question

I've had diaherra and upset stomach yesterday and today.

Today i took one dose of Pepto Bismo.

Tomorrow will be a very big event for me and I do not want to miss it.

it is an all day event and i will be standing and walking the whole day.

To be safe, can i take immodium or pepto tomorrow even if my diaherra/upset stomach stops occuring? Or will it be dangerous?

Tips? ADvice?

I need to get rid of my symptoms quick!

Also, which is better/longer lasting? Pepto or Immodium?

immodium works best for me but if pepto has worked for you i would stick with it.  

taking pepto tomorrow will not be harmful even though your diarrhea stopped.  just be sure you drink tons of water to keep you hydrated.  just remember you run the risk of becoming constipated if you take too much pepto or immoduim.
