Can I still use my blackberry pearl?

I lost my blackberry pearl about 2 months ago.

Got a replacement through the insurance.

Funny thing is, that I found it under my fridge.

Now my question is: Can I still use it? the battery charges, and it still turns on.

The carrier is at&t. My brother has an old samsung slider. Can I give it to him so that he could use it?

Yes, you can still use it. As long as he has a valid SIM card to insert in to the Pearl he should be able to use it.
