I hate how gross my teeth get with braces, and I'm trying to find ways to keep my teeth white.

  1. that means youre not brushing right and enough.

also, flossing is a hassle but so important

    I have invisalign

  2. No, you cant. Cause they have to be flush on your teeth. And with braces.. the strip wouldnt even touch your teeth!

  3. I highly doubt it, they would probably mess your braces up if anything; consult your dentist about what you could do to make them whiter or even try the Vivid White Crest toothpaste it works pretty good

  4. You can, but whats the point? When you get your braces off you will have squares on your teeth separating it from the part that was whitened and the part that was covered up by the brackets.

  5. No, not a good idea. Keep the brackets clean, and free of plaque, and you can whiten later.

    Now is pointless.

  6. I can't imagine how you'd get them on right. Try one of the whitening mouth rinses instead. Listerine has one that works great. You can also brush with peroxide and baking soda.

  7. if you use those then when you get your braces off you will have a yellow spot where the braces were. not a very good idea.
