Can I still watch my favorite shows while in the Air Force?

If I'm going to live on base, can I still watch my favorite shows like the Laker game, do I pay for Cable TV service? What about internet access? Thanks

  2. buy a gadget called a slingbox.google it.it attaches to you tv at home.and you can access it anywhere in the world with a broadband connection and watch all you stations you would get at home on the computer where you are in perfect quality

  3. Sure you can? Why wouldn't you be able to? It's not like living "On-base" is a different planet or anything? lol, hahahaha. It's the same! Everything you do off-base, you can do on-base. They have cable, phones, bars, stores, pretty much everything they have off base like I said. Your not going to have a "Walmart" or anything like that, but they have post-exchanges, (P.X. for short). It's just a smaller store. As long as watching the T.V. does not interfere with your duties, it's the same as living off base. Hope this helped. Take Care.
