Can I study overseas..?

I would like to study over seas.. but I am almost 40. Is this ok,? Or is this only for younger students. ?

There are many programs to study abroad.  If you want to pay out of the country fees for your classes, you can apply straight to a school.  If you want the support of a university behind you (what I would suggest), you need to start by applying to university.  Most programs through universities expect for you to be junior level status before studying abroad.

its never to late to get a degree. i believe here in USA, you can earn your degree, you can go to school.
