I do not eat any vegetables and I really want to get healthy and diet more. I have tried for years to eat veggies but I can't do it. It is disgusting to me. Also, I know if I am going to diet, I need to enjoy my food or it will never stick.I have read before that I can replace veggies with fruits. I do eat almost all fruits and enjoy them very much. Is it acceptable to replace them?
