  1. No.. just go threaten to take them to small claims court..

and tell them u want free meals for a month..

  2. I doubt it, it would be hard to prove that it came from them.=)

  3. U HAVE A ROACH IN UR HOME duhh...... also u hav no proof that the restaurant had the roach....it was obviously in ur fidge

  4. dwyane wade is back!

  5. You'll have better luck with the media.  Call your local TV station.  In court, you will have to prove that the roach didn't come from your home, and that is real difficult to prove.

  6. No, I doubt you wouldn't notice a roach in your pizza box before you put it in the refrigerator. I think you better rethink that second sentence.

  7. Not gonna happen bud.  Sorry.  Your story sounds "suspect."  Nice try.  ( ^ _ ^ )

  8. You do have a roach at home...if it is in your fridge.

  9. You can sue for anything, if you like wasting time...

  10. Yes, but you'll never win. A judge won't try the case because of lack of evidence. Unless, others come forward with the same problem. Then you have a chance of a class action. However, this is  a longshot. It's best to tell the management and you may get your money back and/or a free pizza.

  11. You have to actually have endured damage to try to sue for compensation.

Besides, considering since you waited, you don't really have a case. You kept the pizza at home, you have no way to prove that there aren't roaches in your place, and you can't prove you didn't plant the roach there yourself. The time waited is suspect.
