I have been giving money to my grandma ever since I was 7years old. I am now 17 and each time I gave her money she would double it and put it in my savings account that was meant for college or a house or a car. Now she tells me that there is no money in there and that she borrowed it a long time ago. Can I sue her in order to get my money?

  1. Probably not since there was no written contract.  Did you have a bank book as well?  If so that would imply duel ownership of the money and that -might- prove your interest in the assets.  If you don't have anything in writing or a bank book showing deposits into the account, I am afraid that you do not have any proof to continue with a legal action.

  2. Prove it.
