  1. you should. that's some serious damage. have you notified the manager? don't forget to store the actual burger and your cracked tooth (and the thing that made you tooth crack). take photos asap. and have your receipt handy.

you also need to show that you actually sustained damage. so go to the dentist and get an estimate of the damages and how much it will cost you (if you have a destist friend you can try overinflating the receipt). ask the dentist to list what you can't do anymore and how much the damage will have an effect on your daily routine.

you will win (that is if you case is not thrown out by the judges..)

if you earn some cash you can spllit it with the answers community that helped you out if you want =) jks

  2. i hope so, they r murderous is that a word?

  3. should I know someone that broke a tooth from eating a pizza

  4. You can only sue them if you have proof. Did you save the hard thing? I hope you did! then you will never have to work again!!!!!! If not, then you can try but I doubt you can prove that it happened there. I think you should try either way, mcdonalds may want to just settle to keep the media out and you can make some money that way. Sorry about your tooth and good luck!

  5. I would.... They suck!!!

  6. It probably is. Call an attorney or something lol. I like McChicken's by the way, good call.

  7. put the chicken in a plastic bag and keep it for court and take a pic of ur cracked tooth. with ur dna on the chicken they will probably tell it was the chicken

    and good luck xD

  8. Yes, although a witness would be helpful.
