  1. You can sue anyone for anything these days but I think your lack of procescutuon at the time of the incident will come into play.  You should have filed charges against him and you would have recieved restitution for the injuires he committed therefor avoiding any civil matter down the road.

  2. sure, just get a lawyer

  3. Im sorry to hear that I think guys are loser to hit women.  Its best to contact a lawyer to see your options. Good luck!

  4. Most definetly you can sue him for damages.  Make sure you take pictures and get together any witnesses info.  For the amount of damages you have  I definetly would recommend that you get legal representation.  The burdon of proof will be getting him to admit he assaulted you.  If you can prove that then I think you have a strong case.  Look in the yellow pages for attorneys that deal with personal injury.

  5. You know what you need to do, you're just here looking for sympathy for being with a dumb azz.

  6. Sure go for it, sue his ***.

  7. One would think so .I would not stop I would fight with all you have in you to get them to fix the damages .And you need to never drop a charge like that again ok.Have you spoke to a lawyer yet ?do you have pictures and medical records if so yes you would win with the right lawyer .Best to you and keep safe .

  8. I think you can in small claims court. Like have you seen those judge shows.

  9. yes you can sure.. and you don't have to have a lawyer   what you need to do is  go see or talk to the district attorney.. this is what I had to do and my ex got a year in jail and had to pay my medical bills and he had to pay me for pain and suffering .. the is a time limit for making reports and its like 5 years in the state of Maine.. Not sure where you are but you have a right  and where he is threatening you  you can also get him for criminal threatening  stalking and alot of other things  TAKE HIS A** TO THE CLEANERS

  10. Did you call the cops and press charges? You should be able to get damages.

  11. You must be able to prove he did it, an assault conviction would do that, without a conviction, or a police report, you will have a hard time.

  12. yes, get a lawyer and start the process and let the lawyer handle all the issues at hand

  13. take him to judge judy court

  15. U can sue for anything

  16. First, develop some taste in men. Send him the bill and sue if he refuses to pay it. Once you get a judgment, he can pay or never get credit for 7 years.

Also, if I were a landlord and saw his bill for punching someone's teeth on his record, I would pass him by for another tenant.

  17. yes you probably can sue him. and if he did cause that sort of damage to your teeth that costs 8,000 bucks to fix, he's goin down!
