Question:

Can I sue places for discrimination for not providing accomodations for tall people?

I'm 6'8" and have trouble with doorways, shower-heads, etc. If a place has to provide certain accomodations to the handicapped and midgets, why shouldn't they have to accomodate to me?

  1. well, you know we can sue for anything.  Look at the people that sued because cigarettes ruined their health....they even won!


  2. No.  Height is not a protected category.  So small people have the same problems.  Learn to duck.

  3. like the person before said. you can sue for anything..

    Perfect example: The women that spilled hot coffee on herself at mcdonalds.... She knew d**n well that the coffee was hot , but the cup didn't state that obvious statement so she won....
