Can I swim in a swimming pool?

Can I swim, in a swimming pool? Let's say I want to swim, can I use a swimming pool? If there is a swimming pool, can I use it? Thanks...

 If you know how to swim then you are allowed to swim in a swimming pool and else if you don't know how to swim, you can learn how to swim in a swimming pool. There is a special corner for those who don't know how to swim, they can help themselves there at that corner.

I swim 3 times a week at the local High School.   Check with your local "Community Education" department or you local "Parks and Recreation" department.  They should know of pools close by.
