Can I swim with my contacts on?

I have the ordinary daily wear soft lenses.

dont wear them if you want to go swimming underwater where water is likeley to get iinto your eyes. if your just going to swim above water or float on a raft then dont worry about it. if you want to swim underwater you have to take the contacts out. thats what my friend does. (:

don't go underwater and you can. if u go underwater it'll hurt your eyes and your contacts will probably fall out

Sure you can swim, as long as you don't get water in your eyes, or dive underwater. Otherwise, no, you can't. It'll hurt your eyes, and you'll lose your contacts.

Nope. Even if you don't go underwater, the fumes from the chemicals, as well as bacteria from the pool, can and will be sponged up by your contacts. In general, nasty stuff.
