1. 1. No.

    2. No.

    3. Maybe if it's just spotting, light is a very broad term.

    4. No.

    5. Just say you're on your period. A lot of women who wear tampons don't swim while they're on their periods. Or if you're uncomfortable with that, just say you have other plans/you're tired/you don't want to go swimming today/you have dinner with your grandparents or something like that.

And FYI, you might want to get used to tampons, they're not that uncomfortable once you get used to them, and to get them in, you practice by pushing your finger into your opening and pushing against the walls to kind of 'stretch' the area. Gross, but it works!

  2. I'd say no, especially in a public swimming pool.

  3. 1.No definitely not, unless you want blood everywhere

2.No, don't swim AT ALL unless you have a tampon

3.No i wouldn't do it, you may not see it in the water but it will probs run down your legs when you get out

4.Maybe, many people think that your period "stops" in water, but it actually doesn't at all it just spreads out so you can't see it

    5. Excuses:

    -You don't feel very well

    -You've hurt your leg/arm/hand etc..

-You can't find your swimming costume

-Swimming costume is in the wash

-You don't feel up to it

-You don't have any money (If you have to pay)

-You don't wanna get your hair wet

    OR

    Just tell the truth (:

  4. 1.Could I swim with my period if it's heavy? NEVER.

2.Could I swim with my period if it's moderate? NOPE.

3.Could I swim with my period if it's light? NO.

4.Could I swim with my period without blood falling out? PROLLY NOT.

5.Whats an exuse I could use if I can't swim today? "My tummy aches and I really am sorry, it's personal issues, ya know?"

Try ultra slim plastic applicator tampons... they are much easier to get in. ;) Also, you can try getting the applicator wet, like running the applicator under running water, but not too much. That would help it slide in. By the way, cardbaord applicators are ALWAYS just a LITTLE bit harder to put in. I don't suggest swimming with out a tampon.

  5. Yes, you can swim during your period. You may have heard that it’s unsafe to swim while you’re menstruating, but that is just an old myth. As long as you feel OK, menstruation should never stop you from pursuing your regular activities, including swimming.Menstrual flow often stops in water.

If possible, wear red or black swim bottoms. If you do happen to leak it won't show as much.

  6. I'm not telling you to wear a tampon, I'm just saying the only way to swim whilst on your period is to wear one. Theres not other way.

An excuse? You could tell them the truth... erm... yoou don't feel well or something?

  7. no you cannot i mean if there are other people in the water then that is even more gross i mean if you went into the people would you want someone to period into where you are swimming plus it would be extremely noticeable and you would be embarrassed just keep trying with the tampon

  8. 1. I personally wouldnt because I'm really precautionary. If its heavy u probly dont want to

    2. Again no because u wouldn't want to be embarassed

    3. possibly if ur not in for a long time

    4. maybe but dont count on it

    5. I dont feel well

I have an ear infection (u dont wanna swim with an ear infection)

  9. Actually Yes You Can.

Don't Listen To Those People. All You Have To Do Is Wear Your Underwear With A Pantyliner And Then Your Bathing suite Over. And If You Have Any Swim Trunks Also Those Just To Be Secure. And It Isn't Gross Because The Chlorine And The Filter Kill The Germs Its Fine.I Have Tried.
