Can I take Benadryl and Tylenol 3 together. I'm 15.

Question

I was prescribed tylenol 3 and penicilin by my dentist because I have an infection in my gum and it is excruciating.

Also tylenol 3 isn't working like it is supposed to and I want to go to sleep.

You had best ask your Doctor or Pharmacist. It wouldn't be an issue with the tylenol and the benadryl together but Tylenol 3 has codeine in it and these might not mix well.

Your dentist knows you and your situation, and can tell you what else you can or cannot take...
