I am 18 and 5'6", is it safe to take HGHs? I am not really familiar with HGH, but I've heard about it and researched a bit over the net. What does it do actually, and what are the side effects? I've also heard that it increases the size of a guy's "manhood", so to speak. Is it true?

  1. Some athletes and bodybuilders take HGH to gain extra muscle mass but they never grow any taller.

The side effects can be quite horrific and you can find them in a web search for "amino acids to grow taller".

  2. Most of the previous answer is correct with several exceptions.  You can get HGH spray from several places, like Freshwater Mktg. (?) in Las Vegas, Seneca (not quite sure) and even Fiesta markets carry a good brand.  They cost like $35 to $80 a bottle.

It is used as an anti-aging product, muscles and toning (not body building), energy, and several other good health issues.  Many celebrities get these shots which are very expensive.

Have a friend who has been taking it for 20+ year and swears by it.  Don't how old he is, probably in his 50's or 60's, but looks like in his 20's.  I've been taking it for a few years and people always compliment me on my skin and can't believe my age; they think I'm 10-15yrs. younger.  I never take naps, barely get 7 hours of sleep, never get tired  like my husband and I'm in my mid 60's.

This product is good for  middle-age to older people as far as anti-aging from the inside-out.  There are no side effects, as it is a natural product; unless you took excessive amounts; but that applies to anything done excessively.  But you are too young to need it.  It doesn't do what you mentioned.

  3. I'm an athlete and buy hgh in an oral spray form legally at http://www.21stcenturyhgh.com. I can't say it's increased my size or not.

Has anyone heard about this Moringa Zinga? It's an all natural capsule that helps me stay up late to study, keeps me sharp enough to remember what I studied for tests, cleared up my acne in 3 days, and cures a hangover in 1 hour. I think the address is http://www.zija-moringa.org. 1 bottle lasts a long time.

  4. What you see for sale are human growth hormone releasers.  Meaning there are supplements that help releases growth hormone from your pituitary gland.  BUT only if you are older like over 50 when the gland stops releasing it and the aging process kicks in.  At your age releasers aren't going to help, despite what the "Internet" says.  Actual human growth hormone is like $1,000 or more for an injection, and you can't get it unless you are in need of it medically, like a child who is stunted in growth at puberty.  The only other way is to go overseas to Holland or some other country where you can buy it.  Human growth hormone does not increase anything but muscle after puberty.  Your height and manhood will not change no matter what. What you are born with is what you will always have.  That is all hype.  It's safe to take the HGH releasers, but won't do anything for you at your age.  If you go back to websites you'll see they say HGh stimulants or releasers.  You can't buy real HGH without a prescription.

  5. sorry to hear that you are so under endowed.
