Can I take a carry on approved suitcase, garment gag w/ my uniform in it, and a laptop w/ me on carry-on?

I am flying on "Air Trans"..it is a domestic flight. I am a Marine, so I need to carry my Dress Blues w/ me.

If it could fit on i think it will be ok but i think there is a serton weight limit and if it exeeds that then they will charge you

As long as it fits in the overhead or under the seat.  They may charge you extra when you check it though.
