Yes you can but be aware of the side affects- any change in medication could give you side affects that you have not had before.

Call up your pharmacist, they can advise if the medication goes together. if lexapro is an antidepressant, there are products in decongestants that conflict with them. You can buy the NON DROWSY versions of them and use with care.
