My boyfriend forgot to pay a traffic ticket in Nebraska and he recently moved to Texas. He recently searched his name on google, and found that he has a bench warrant and his license is suspended. Is there any way we can take care of this from Texas, or does he have to go back to Nebraska?

  1. A bench warrant normally requires an appearance.  He would have to contact the court that issued the warrant.

  2. Noooo, you must deal with the issue within the jurisdiction in which issued the warrant/want for the original crime.
