  1. Ask your doctor, my sister is diabetic and the doctor has never told her to stay away from it and she is type 1. I am borderline and I was just told do not eat sweets unless my blood sugar is real low and to stay away from sodas and just well you know the bad food. I was also told to eat small meals througout the day and too take 3 10 minute walks a day and 4 30-45 minute walks 4 times a week. I take the 10 minute wlks one in the morning, one in the aftenoon, and one in the evening. It helps with blood sugar and with keeping blood pressure and heart rate under control.

  2. shouldn't be a problem. My dad is type 2 and arthritic and he takes glucosamin chondroitin with his metformin. He hasn't had any reactions
