yeah it depends on what the cards says like one card might say tae control of one face up monster

and another say take control of one monster which means yooh can get any monster face up or down

It matters. Brain Control can only take face-up monsters, but Change of Heart can take face-down as well. It all matters what the card says.

heres wat you do use light of intervention. that card makes so there can be no facedowns only for monsters. then you use enemy controller, change of heart,or brain control that will help ya a bunch
