As long as it go's under the plane you can bring you make up. Just not in your carry on.

If it's liquid (i.e. lipgloss, liquid foundation) no.  If it's a compact, yes.

Check with the airline before you get to the airport. A quick phone call to Aerlingus (or whoever) will give you a positive answer.

Even if it isn't liquid they will take it away from you.

Your best bet is to check it in your luggage. My mom just traveled like that and they didn't let her take lipstick.
