Can I take my Ipod on the airplane?

I'm going to Europe this summer to visit family i have there.

I live in the U.S. rite now, and i wanted to know if I can take my ipod on the plane?

    only devices that transist electro waves such as radio.. computers connected to internet.. r not advised to b turned on while flying ....

    u r absoloutely free to keep ur ipod switched on even wile landing,taking off,criusing or whatever/....

  4. Yes you can. The only restriction is when you're in the plane. At or below 10,000 feet, all electronics have to be turned off. The cabin crew will let you know when that is. The iPod will go through the security checkpoint without any problems. It has to go through the x-ray machine at security, but it will be okay.
