you will have to check with the train/railway themselves..as its a motor bike the fuel may need to be removed for saftey reasons...

Motorcycles are not allowed on UK trains, unless they are packaed and placed on a freight service with a special 'pink' dangerous goods ticket.  One of the main reasons is due to petrol vapours inside the engine which could in theory result in combustion.

Not sure but i expect the rules over in France would be the same.
