  1. Yes, you can (and you may too).

    You will need a "certificat phytosanitaire", which will have to be translated into French and legalised (i.e. notarised).

    Get ready well in advance.


  2. No, live plants (as well as produce and meat) can't be taken overseas.

  3. No. Every country forbids this, for good reason. Give them away to friends and start fresh.
