Can I teach with a BA in English and MS in School counseling?

Yes, you can get a job teaching with just a BA.  You will have to take and pass the General Knowledge Test for education and the Subject Area Test for English to earn your certification in English.  Typically, you have one year from your hire date to do so.  You will also have to take professional development courses through your district as a first year teacher.

For teaching junior classes Graduation is ok but if you are targeting senior classes PG degree is necessary

Without certification your best bet is a private school, or overseas.  I taught fifth grade in Bahrain with a B.A. in English and an MS in College Teaching emphasizing English.
