Can I throw them out if the tenant who signed the lease no long live there anymore?

After thirty days file the eviction. Don't change locks. Don't turn off power. Don't get into shouting matches.

In the future have a clause that requires all adult tenants to be on the lease and feel free to say no, if you don't want them.

You must give the leasee at least 30 days notice in writing.  If not they can sue you for three times the amt of rent for unlawful eviction.  Send it to the one that rented the apt and is on the lease.  Are they still paying rent?  why not let them stay and just change the name on the lease.  Might be less trouble than advertising for another tenant.  If they are a problem you could give them a month to month lease while you advertise for other tenants.  That way you don't lose out on rent. Good luck.  It isn't easy being a landlord.  My sympathies.

No, you have to evict him.   It does not matter that the lease expired.   You still do not have any legal right to just throw anyone out.
