Can I tie the toilet and sink drain line together?

Question

I currently have the sink and toilet on one side of the bathroom and want to relocate both to the other side of the room...

Since the lateral is on the same side and wanted to leave it there. I was wondering if it is within compliance to extend the 3" toilet line to the other side and use a tee connection to the same line for the bathroom sink...

Yes it is. . . I own several properties, and we do it all of the time. . . The sewage drains all have to go together anyway :)  GL!!!
