Can I transfer cricket world cup 2011 tickets?

I’ve cancelled my cricket world cup tour and I would like to transfer my cricket world cup 2011 tickets to a friend, so I would like to know the transfer policy.

Tickets are non-transferable except as set out in these Conditions. A Ticket Purchaser may purchase Tickets only for his/her own personal use and that of his/her Guest(s). Ticket for his/her personal use and may only transfer any remaining Ticket(s) to his/her Guest(s) for their personal use (provided always that the Guest is a natural person who is known to the Ticket Purchaser personally and who did not become known to the Ticket Purchaser through the sale, transfer or disposal of the Ticket), for no greater than the Original Sale Price and not for commercial gain.
