Can I transfer mac files from a pc to a mac laptop via USB?

I'm using pc and I have some mac files on my pc that I need to get to my mac laptop. they're too big to burn to disk. Can I make a direct connection via usb or something else?

Yes. A thumb drive should to the trick as long as the programs are compatible.

Get a memorystick, or enable "windows file sharing" on your mac and hook up an ethernet cable to your mac and windows.. then on your iwndows navigate to smb://{yourmacsip}   Minus the {} you can get its IP by going to network prefs and clicking on internal ethernet.
