Can I transfer money from my Pay Pal account to myself?

Basically I live in the UK, but I want to transfer money from my UK account to my Spanish account without paying a large charge.

Anytime you have a PayPal to PayPal account transaction, there is a charge.  

Why don't you try changing your UK PayPal account to link with a Euro bank account.  Then request UK PayPal account to deposit the money in your bank.
