Can I transfer the vlc player to a different computer using a flash drive?

I need it on the computer in my room but I don't have the internet in there. Does anyone know if or how that is possible? And if you do can you help me?!

  1. you need to re-download the .exe file used to install, then put that on your flash drive, and use it to install.
