Can I transfer to a new high school?

Right now I'm going to a private high school in Utah. I would really like to transfer to a 5A high school so scouts for basketball can get a better look at me. I do not live in the high school i want to go to boundaries. Is there anyway I can transfer?

yes. but you must be a male of african-american descent. also, you have to maintain a 6.9 GPA with at least 4 honors classes. and you can't wear a double-digit number if your name is more than 5 letters. but you can if you are asian.
