Can I travel Europe with My EU civil Partner?

I am a South African citizen. Me and my partner is entering a civil partnership. he is traveling on his Italian passport and i am on a 2 year working holiday visa.

i am going to apply for my residance card, after registaring the partnership.

Will i be allowed to travel in europe with my Civil Partner or what should I do to allow that?

I'm not sure about this but I think you must go to the Italian embassy in your country and start the registration process. They will give you a visa and when you come to Italy you have to go to the local police station or municipality to register.

This is only what I think, the best thing for you would be to call the Italian consulate.
