Can I travel from Izmir,Marmaris or Cesme to Athen o Pyraeus by ferrie or a passanger ship?

I need to travel on September 27th. I´ll be making a trip trough Turkey in a rented car, which I return to the car rental company at Izmir. I want to continue from there to Athens by ship but not making a cruise. I want a simple passenger ticket from one place to another.

From Izmir the nearest ports that provide ferries to Greece  are either Cesme (to Chios) or Kusadasi (to Samos).

From there you can get ferries to Piraeus (the port of Athens).
