Can I travel to USA old visa subject section 212(e)??

Question

I had B1/B2 issued on 2006 but i never been to USA that time (visa valid for 10 years)

then I applied for J1 with section 212(e) 2year rule (on 2007)

Currently I'm back home country already

I'd like to ask can i enter to USA with my B1/B2 visa? Do i still have condition 2year rule?

Actually while i was in USA i've done waiver visa but it takes forever..

The 212e residency requirement does not affect travel on B1/B2 visas, or most other nonimmigrant visas for that matter. The residency requirement affects your ability to get an immigrant visa or H and L nonimmigant work visas. Otherwise, it's not a problem.
