  1. The man who started Lulu.com, Bob Young, is one of the brightest, and most openly honest people I have ever come across, and I would think you will have no problem dealing with that company at all.


  2. I've bought from lulu.com without any problems. Never sold there though, so can't tell you anything about that end of the game.
