Can I trust The Earth Friendly Foundation?

I can't seem to find much information about this particular organization. I recently bought some laundry detergent that claimed it was "all natural" and featured an "Earth Friendly" seal of approval from this foundation. There was also a URL to this site: http://www.theearthfriendlyfoundation.org/Earth_Friendly_Foundation/Home.html

The detergent was purchased at a big-box hardware store (Menards) and is called Resolution - Natural laundry detergent.
