Can I trust a PAYPAL Unconfirmed Address Customer Who is Verified?

I just sold an item on ebay but the customer who won it is an unconfirmed address customer, but is verified. can I still trust him?

I used to be a customer on eBay with an unconfirmed address but still verified and I am VERY trustworthy :)

the reason I had an unconfirmed address was because my credit cards/debit cards/checking accounts were connected with the address I used to live at with my family - then I moved away for college, but still kept all my cards, thus an UNCONFIRMED address ;) only reason was because I moved out of my house..

Make sure the money is "in hand" and not in paypal land before shipping.

Don't ship to an unconfirmed address, paypal won't protect you if something goes wrong.  Ask your winning bidder to verify his address, they just need a credit card.

Well that is a risk measure you have to weigh up. But if you got paid first and it is in your bank account then it shouldn't be too bad. They will want their item.

If the value cost of the item is low say less than $30 then you really not have that much to lose in the worst case. I would just send it so I get a nice feedback.

He could have just recently opened a paypal account and not realized that it is highly advised to get the account verified. For example, I just opened my paypal account 2 days ago and had no idea that I even needed to verify it until I read your question.

just wait until payment has cleared before you ship, also ship either via ups or fedex so you get a tracking number

I have been burned before by someone who bought an item from me, then denied I ever sent it, and since I used USPS with no tracking number, I got screwed and paypal took his money out of my account, so I basically paid to ship an item to this t**d for free
