Can I try something on the internet like Adobe Photoshop with out paying for it?

Okay, now my question sounded bad, I ment, like NOT Adobe Photoshop, but something like that that is just on the internet, but it is like a public thing, like you dont have to spend money on it BECAUSE it is public, so thanks if you can helpme.

Why waste your time and money. Gimp Photo Shop is freeware and is almost exactly like Adobe Photoshop. http://www.gimp.org/
