  1. the only time you can't turn right on red is when the light has a sign that says do not turn right on red. any other time you can turn right on red

  2. Red means STOP

    Green means GO

If the arrow is Green, then you may turn in the direction of that arrow.

If the arrow is amber, then you shouldn't enter the intersection if you are behind the white line when it turns amber.

If the arrow is RED, they you must stop, if you are travelling in the direction of that arrow.  Read your Student handbook, and keep it handy for reference purposes such as for this quetion.

  3. you see any signs saying right turn arrow only then  no

  4. No you can't.

  5. Red arrow literally means you CANNOT turn.

    good Luck...

  6. If the stop light has a green and red arrow, then NO, when the arrow is red YOU CAN NOT TURN.....

There should also be a sign around somewhere saying Right turn on Green Arrow only....

  7. Yes, as long as there is no sign that says no turn on red. Just look for the sign at intersections, it's usually located on the stop light pole across the street from where you are sitting waiting to turn. If you see no sign, then it's legal to make a right turn on red.
