office. Over this same incident I'm being charged with 3rd degree domestic assault against him.

I'm on probation, and there was no court action taken.

Should I write a letter to the prosecutor at Municiple Court? Should I send the cat scan, and other documents to them? Would this help keep me from eventually being prosecuted?

  1. it can't hinder hun can it try every angle possible,he knew exactly what he was doing starting a fight with you when in probation,he was a monster when u were a kid prove to him u dont sit n take it now, fight back with everything you've got.

  2. Defend yourself against the charges, be more of a man and do not pursue charges against him yourself.

  3. Hon

send in what ever evidance you have, it goes both ways, if you are on probation for the same thing, this will help.

    Good luck

  4. Not necessarily... two wrongs don't make a right.  It could, however, give the prosecuting attorney reason to charge your uncle, too.

  5. Unless you can prove your uncle started the altercation it doesnt matter, the court will view it as self defense ...youre the one with the record,so the pictures wont mean much....sorry charlie

also, the pictures are meaningless if there is no date...and obviously the cops saw no reason your uncle should be in trouble, and you didnt claim he started the fight, you just implied that he fought back

  6. You should file charges against your uncle. Bring all evidence. But the stipulation of probation are different with the case you have. Quit beating up old people :) jk. seriously file something against him immediately.
