Can I upgrade my phone in person at a t-mobile store?

ok can i upgrade my phone in person at a tmobile store. i don't wanna upgrade my phone online.

Yes you can. Just go to your local T-mobile store and do your upgrade there. They will make yo pick out a phone you want in the store and then active the phone right there & then.

As long as the phone is eligible, and that you're authorized on the act, you should be able to. Going to a direct store is best (i.e. one that sells only T-mobile).
