Can I upgrade to new componets or buy new?

I bought a new hp pc from newegg about 5 months ago, and I need to upgrade. Here is soe of the specs, tell me if I can upgrade video card please!

you should be able to do some okay upgrades

Well yes u can upgrade.

If u want to upgrade the graphics card make sure to its has

PCI Express x16 not PCI Express x16 2.0.

also u can also add another 2 gb of ram to it.

cant do much with the cpu not many upgrades for that since ur socket type is 939 and that doesn't support much
