Can I uprade the Att&t 8525's windows mobile 5.0 to 6.0/6.1?

Is it possible because right now I have the 5.0.

This is the official wm6 upgrade for it .

If you want a different one it would be a hacked version.I have tried a few most work ok .All of them  that i have tried have a few faults such as some settings do not work or a program is not  all there so it doesn't work  etc.
