yes there really isn't much diff between those 2 tires

Yes, you can.  The only thing is that the mileage will be off just a tad.  I can't remember if a mile would show on your mileage as just over or just under a mile.

Yes, you can.  Be sure than if you do change tire sizes, that you use the same size tires on both sides of each axle.
