Can I use Air France photos in a presentation wich I'll send to Air France Employers from Reservation team?

I mean the copyright, I want to know if it is legal. I'll do the presentation only as a gift for Air France.

  1. You need permission from the copyright holder (usually the photographer, the photo agency, or the company that commissioned the photos) in order to use photos for any purpose.  It doesn't matter whether or not the use involves a gift.  That's the legal requirement.  It's up to the copyright holder to sue you for infringement if he or it discovers that you are using the photos without permission; some copyright holders may not bother if you are just preparing a gift for someone, but technically you always need permission.

    And no, before anyone suggests it, using photos to make a gift is not "fair use" per U.S. law.
