Yes, but you will get ripped off with the currency exchange.

Go to a bank and exchange some cash first. Or if you have a Mastercard Paypass they'll accept that too.

I only saw a few that advertised that they would take US currency (on the highway service centres going towards London Ontario) but as was said, it's a bit of a rip off.
