1.0 cup  Crushed Ice

2.0 oz  Pineapple Juice

1.5 oz  Light Rum

You can, but I prefer regular dark rum.  The captain is better alone or with a soda mix.

as in the recipe mentioned before you are supposed to use light or white rum which is sweet.... captain morgans is pritty heavily spiced....
